My littlest man is now baptized!
He and I went and too some pictures and he was so practical about it.
Probably because I'd promised that after the photos, we'd go out to get a treat:Gelato! A couple of ladies told him how handsome and adorable he was, all dressed up in his suit. And it's true, he is pretty adorable.
my sister,
Kyler's brother and son Bryce,
and lots of friends and church teachers to join us.
Grammie May gave the baptism talk, and Caleb got a silver spoon of his own, shiny and clean and perfect. Caleb's primary teacher, Trevor Johnston, gave the talk about the Holy Ghost.
When Caleb received the Holy Ghost, Kyler blessed him to be able feel the Holy Ghost's presence and promptings so that Caleb can listen and hearken, feel comfort, gain strength, and find truth.
Kyler also told Caleb that Heavenly Father knows him and the love in his heart and that Caleb should use his gifts to serve others and make friends.
This boy is the sweetest, most loving - and most frustrating. Caleb has a sweet faith and testimony, and I am proud of him for choosing to be baptized and join our church.
Now to prepare for the next step!
