Kyler and I stayed in Utah, all alone, which meant we had to get a Christmas tree. Once all the presents were put under the tree, it looked very festive. See?
After Christmas, we were lucky enough to have Kyler's sister and her family come to visit us. They stayed a couple of days, and it was a ton of fun.
Brooklyn had to be pulled away from our computer and World of Warcraft, but we made her take a step away from time to time.
One of the places we took everyone was the Bean Museum. The girls liked it, but were completely insane and running around everywhere. Difficult to take good pictures, so here are the two we've got:
After the Museum, we went bowling. We got to use bumpers, and I love them. It helps me not stink so bad.
Paige also got to use one of those metal ball lead things, and Kristina helped her with it.
Brooklyn didn't use it, she just used the bumpers like the rest of use adults.
And Katelyn... well...
And the results are in!
We also basically convinced Russ to get a Wii Fit (my Christmas present!) because of this:
So, that was basically Christmas. New Year's was fun, too: we didn't want to go outside because it was cold so instead we watched the original Star Wars Trilogy in a marathon. We're geeks.
Also, I haven't been to work in the last few days because I have some sort of "acute illness." It's not strep throat, but it's something making my throat unhappy. Oh well, such is life. I'll probably go to work tomorrow. Probably.

What a fun post. I LOVED the pictures. It would have been better if there were pictures of you and Kyler, but I won't complain.
I missed you guys for Christmas, but I am glad that you are starting your own traditions.
Love you lots.
Yay for the Cinnamon Ring Roll! May it ever bring you yumminess!
And it looks like fun was had by all! I miss you, Betty!
