Craig's 8, and it's Great!

Craig had his eighth birthday in September, and it was fun to celebrate him.

It was a school day, but he was hoping to open his presents in the morning.

We decided to let him. 

He got excited for the books, Harry Potter Lego set, and the rock and mineral dig.

But what thrilled him the most was the giant shark. Because who doesn't love a giant shark?

After French toast, it was off to school.

It was Friday, which means it was pizza day, but also cake day!

Chocolate cake, chocolate frosting, chocolate sprinkles.

Note to self: I could probably make this thing only 2 layers instead of 3. It's a lot of cake!

The next day, the celebration continued with a family trip to go bowling!

We did 5 pin at a local alley and had a lot of fun.

Craig did well, 

Although bumpers helped (for all of us).

You gotta celebrate when things go right!

Caleb had fun 

but also wasn't very good by himself.

He tried to do it, though... 

And then we'd have to sit and wait...

...sometimes the ball never made it all the way down the lane. Hahaha.

Calista also had a few moments to celebrate.

Even if Kyler won overall.

All in all, a very happy birthday for my very favorite Craig.

Eight is great!
